SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We can send your order anywhere within India. All our items are warehouse-packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Shiprocket logistics partners.
International Shipping (Rest of the World)
The recipient is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or predict these charges. International shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Order Fulfilment
Orders are processed and scheduled to ship through our system one time per day by 8am. All orders placed thereafter will be processed and scheduled to ship the next business day.
NOTICE TO CUSTOMER
Please note that business days is from Monday to Friday. No scheduled shipment on Saturday/Sunday, weekend and public holidays.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
Delivery Policy
All orders are delivered within 7-10 business days of payment being received. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. As we know, delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of any delays. Please ensure that you give us the correct contact details and address of where we will be delivering to.
Delivery costs
Delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses worldwide. You will be notified before the delivery takes place if there are extra delivery costs incurred and how much, as this extra cost will be for you to settle.You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has been processed for delivery which will contain your tracking number(s).
Zippyzui Studios Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Zippyzui Studios Pvt Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Courier Service to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, Haryana – India and Internationally, by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
India Wide – 3 to 7 business days. Internationally – 2-3 weeks exclusive of weekends.
Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Zippyzui Studios Pvt Ltd takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Zippyzui Studios Pvt Ltd is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
